Todd Young Has Impressive Fundraising To Date

Republican congressional candidate Todd Young is posting impressive fundraising results in his bid to oust U.S. Rep. Baron Hill in Indiana's 9th congressional district. An e-mail to supporters claims he raised $125,000 during the past three months and has more than $200,000 in cash on hand. Young got a little help from a family member, former Vice President Dan Quayle, at a fundraiser in Bloomington this week. National Republican Congressional Committee officials reportedly prefer Young to a re-match between Hill and former U.S. Rep. Mike Sodrel according to The Hill. I'm sure that Baron Hill's "This is my town hall meeting" moment captured on YouTube hasn't hurt Young's fundraising.

Sodrel and Hill have gone at it enough times. I'm glad the Republicans have brought in someone new.

I dont see those figures as impressive.......it wont need to be several hundred thousands to be impressive.
